Pivot pins for folders, flat head for external and internal use, 5-hole wrench.  It is made from 303 Stainless Steel with a head diameter of 7.0mm and bush diameter of 4.5mm.  The length dimensions given are between the flanges / overall length.  The length could be shortened by grinding the bush shorter for a perfect fit.
